My Flashy Home is an online home decor store run by a small team that’s genuinely into good design, not just selling it. We pick out rugs, lighting, wall art, and small furniture pieces that make a room feel finished instead of just furnished.
How We Got Started
We started this store because we kept running into the same problem ourselves: most home decor sites either sell mass-produced pieces that look like everyone else’s living room, or they charge boutique prices for basic stuff dressed up with better photography. We wanted something in between. Pieces with some personality, priced like they’re meant to actually go in your house.
So that’s what My Flashy Home is. A smaller catalog than the big retailers, chosen by people who actually think about how a space comes together, not an algorithm pulling in whatever’s trending.
What We Care About
We test what we sell before it goes on the site. If a lamp’s cord is too short or a rug sheds for the first month, we hear about it and drop the supplier. We’re not trying to carry everything; we’re trying to carry things worth having.
Every order is packed and shipped by our own small crew, and every customer email gets a reply from an actual person, not a chatbot working through a script.
Where We’re Headed
We’re still growing, adding new pieces every month and listening closely to what customers ask for. If there’s a category you wish we carried, tell us. Half of what’s in the store now started as someone’s email asking why we didn’t have it yet.
